Receive Pre-Admission Notice
After successfully completing the interview, you will receive a pre-admission notice confirming your preliminary acceptance.



Pay Initial Deposit
In some cases, an initial deposit is required, which is directly paid to the university. This deposit is refundable.

Receive Admission and Visa Letters
After the deposit is made, the university will issue the official admission letter and the JW202 visa letter.



Apply for Your Visa
Submit your documents and visa application at the Gerry’s Office to secure your study visa for China.

Once your visa is approved, you are ready to start your academic journey in China!
